we are seeking a motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our legal services team.

ensure professional and polite communication at all times.
meet daily and weekly targets related to call volume and client engagement.
required skills:
excellent verbal communication skills in english and regional languages.
basic knowledge of legal terminology and services (preferred).
good listening and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in ms office and crm software.
ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
customer-centric attitude.
qualifications:
minimum hsc/graduate in any stream. prior experience in telecalling, especially in legal or
related services, is an advantage.
work environment:
this is a full-time, office-based position. the role may involve rotational shifts and weekend
work as per business requirements.
