As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads for the sales team. You will also handle customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include making cold calls to prospective customers to generate new leads, following up on warm leads provided by marketing efforts, and updating the CRM system with relevant customer information. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and meet daily or weekly call quotas set by the team lead.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant and clear phone voice, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain patient and polite under pressure. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency are also essential for this role. Additionally, being proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a team setting is important. The position is open to female candidates with a graduate degree and no prior experience is required.
