We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Pune. This role requires making outgoing calls to customers to promote services and gather information. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality and a strong desire to help others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outgoing Calls:** Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have.

- **Maintain Call Records:** Keep accurate logs of calls made, customer interactions, and any follow-up actions required to ensure streamlined communication and management.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals by effectively promoting products and services to customers.

- **Provide Excellent Customer Service:** Ensure a positive experience for the customers by being courteous, professional, and attentive to their needs during calls.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication skills are essential to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to customers.

- A pleasant and positive attitude is necessary to engage with customers and build rapport.

- Ability to work in a structured environment, following guidelines for calls and maintaining compliance with policies.

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
