Role & responsibilities:

Making calls to the customers.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Listening to the customers' needs and provide them the solution.

The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

Answering customers' questions and provide further assistance as per their need.

Preferred candidate profile

10+2 or 10+ 3 yrs diploma

Prior experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role

Freshers can also apply

Fluency in Hindi both verbal and written,

Basic Understanding in English
