10th Pass Freshers For Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Janakpuri, Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience. A minimum education of 10th pass is required.

The Tele Caller will focus on communicating with potential customers to promote our products and services. You will play an essential role in reaching out to customers and helping them understand our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make Outbound Calls: You will make calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services, and engaging them in conversation.

2. Follow-up on Leads: After the initial call, you will follow up on leads to answer questions, provide information, and encourage purchases.

3. Maintain Customer Records: You will keep accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases with relevant information to help our sales team.

4. Achieve Targets: You will work towards meeting daily and monthly call and sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success.

5. Provide Feedback: Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve our services and communication strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage effectively with customers. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not mandatory, as we will provide training. A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment is essential.
