we are seeking a motivated and results-driven female telecaller to join our team. this is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who is looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

responsibilities:

* lead generation: make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

* client engagement: build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

* database management: maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in our crm system.

* target achievement: meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.

qualifications:

* proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

* excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

* proficiency in using a computer and basic office software.
