Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Telecaller to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who is looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

* Client Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

* Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.

* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in using a computer and basic office software.
