Job Description

As a Tele Caller, you will play a vital role in our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility is to communicate with prospective customers over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:** You will answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services.

- **Generate Leads:** Your task will involve identifying potential clients and gathering their information to create leads for the sales team.

- **Follow Up with Customers:** You will regularly follow up with leads and address their queries to maintain their interest and facilitate sales.

- **Maintain Accurate Records:** It is essential to keep detailed records of phone calls, customer interactions, and feedback for future reference and improving service quality.

- **Collaborate with Team Members:** You will work closely with your colleagues to share insights and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the team.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Excellent Communication Skills:** You should be able to express yourself clearly and effectively over the phone, with a friendly and professional tone.

- **Problem-Solving Abilities:** The ability to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions is crucial.

- **Basic Computer Skills:** Familiarity with using computers and software to log interactions and manage information is required.

- **Time Management:** You should be able to manage your time effectively to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

Candidates should have a minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and should possess a passion for sales and customer service. Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
