• answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
• maintain a record of calls and customer information in the crm.
• follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
• provide accurate information to customers and handle objections professionally.
• maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.

requirements:
• high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales is a plus.
• excellent communication skills in english, hindi, regional language.
• good listening skills and a positive attitude.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• basic computer knowledge (ms excel, crm tools, etc.).
