Opening For Tele Caller

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller with 2 to 4 years of experience, based in MP Nagar, Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential customers to promote our products or services, creating interest and providing information.

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication, recording details into our system for follow-up.

- **Customer Interaction**: Address customer inquiries and concerns on the call, providing clear and accurate information to enhance satisfaction.

- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with potential leads, ensuring a consistent approach to conversion and maintaining a relationship.

- **Data Management**: Update and maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in our database.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a graduate degree with prior experience as a Tele Caller. Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers. Candidates must be adept at handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude. Good organizational skills are necessary to manage call records efficiently.
