The job is to reach out to various customers over the phone, explain our project details, and understand the customer's requirements.

Required at least 1 year of experience.

She should possess very good knowledge of verbal and written skills in English.

Good in MS Word and Excel.

Basic knowledge of real estate, property, and sales.

Should be reliable, a team leader, self-motivated, and well disciplined.

should be able to work under pressure.

Language proficiency: English, Kannada, Hindi, and regional languages.

Conversion leads to site visits and bookings.

Coordinating with the sales team as back-end support for the growth of the business

Roles and responsibilities

Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using the database.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.

Requirements

Graduation in any field. well-versed with computers.

Work experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role in the sales department

Great interpersonal skills.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.

ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
