Job Description:

Sales and technical support in the installation and activation of all products

Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking with technical expertise in Microsoft software

products

Open to work as a technical resource to troubleshoot customer installation, activation, and

post-sale issues with the products sold by the organization

Create technical documents for customers and agents to manage specific issues

Provide support on chat, phone, and through tickets, maintaining customer service response

times to be as close to real-time as possible

Requirements:

Attention to detail

Positive attitude while dealing with customers

Familiar with ZenDesk for managing chats, phone, and support email
