job description:

• sales and technical support in the installation and activation of all products

• excellent english reading, writing, and speaking with technical expertise in microsoft software

products

• open to work as a technical resource to troubleshoot customer installation, activation, and

post-sale issues with the products sold by the organization

• create technical documents for customers and agents to manage specific issues

• provide support on chat, phone, and through tickets, maintaining customer service response

times to be as close to real-time as possible

• familiar with zendesk for managing chats, phone, and support email
