Job Description:
• Sales and technical support in the installation and activation of all products
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking with technical expertise in Microsoft software
products
• Open to work as a technical resource to troubleshoot customer installation, activation, and
post-sale issues with the products sold by the organization
• Create technical documents for customers and agents to manage specific issues
• Provide support on chat, phone, and through tickets, maintaining customer service response
times to be as close to real-time as possible
Requirements:

• Positive attitude while dealing with customers
• Familiar with ZenDesk for managing chats, phone, and support email
