3) Experience- Ticketing Tool

4) Experience Windows 10

5) Experience Printers, Browsers, Window 10 troubleshooting.

6) Knowledge of Microsoft products MS Teams, , Yammer, MS Visio etc.

7) Good Communication Skills

8) Experience in handling calls, Emails.

9) ITIL knowledge -basic

10) Experience Antivirus troubleshooting.

11) Basic Networking knowledge
