looking for a self driven male and female individual, with exceptional communication skills, the candidate will be required to attend international calls and emails mainly for our and canada customers.

roles and responsibilities:

identifying hardware & software solutions.

providing timely & accurate customer feedback.

handling inbound calls of us & canada based customer to resolve their technical queries.

qualification and skills :

excellent written and verbal communication skills.

basic computer knowledge (both hardware and software).

medium proficiency in google sheets and ms office.

preferred candidates :

* excellent communication skill.

* willingness to work in night shifts.
