JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a self driven Male and female individual, with exceptional communication skills, The candidate will be required to attend international calls and emails mainly for our and Canada customers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying hardware & software solutions.
Providing timely & accurate customer feedback.
Handling inbound calls of US & CANADA based customer to resolve their technical queries.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Both hardware and software).
Medium proficiency in Google sheets and MS office.
PREFERRED CANDIDATES :
* Experience : 1-5 YEARS
* Excellent Communication skill.
* Willingness to work in night shifts.
