position: technical support executive.

job type – full time

education: any bachelor degree, with basic network knowledge and good english speaking knowledge, if call centre knowledge is there then good.

additional skills: -

good written and verbal communication skills.

good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.

basic understanding of some of the following technologies networking

non-negotiable skills: -

graduate degree, good communication skills & good english speaking knowledge

responsibilities: -

• take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

• research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

• resolve customer’s issues via the telephone, email

• reproducing issues in-house and responding back in a timely manner.

• escalate issues in a timely manner according to standard operating procedures.

• focus on an area of technical specialization and attend technical trainings,

• give the training to jr. engineers

job role: -

inbound and outbound calling good practices & solutions

follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

prepare accurate and timely reports

resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

ready to work in 24/7 working format

participate in technical communications within the technical support team to share best practices and learn about new technologies.
