technical leadership: oversee the technical services team, providing direction & support for product development, customer inquiries and troubleshooting of technical issues related to ion exchange resins and associated applications.
product development: lead the development of new products & formulations, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
client support: serve as the primary technical contact for key clients. address technical inquiries, provide training and develop customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
market analysis: conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing and production teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product launches, customer feedback and market demands.
quality assurance: implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
regulatory compliance: ensure that all products comply with relevant environmental, health and safety regulations. keep abreast of changes in regulations that could impact product offerings.
