Walk-in Urgent Requirement For Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our office in JP Nagar 6th Phase. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience and a completed secondary education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a Team: Oversee a group of team members, providing guidance and direction to ensure they meet performance goals and deadlines.

- Coordinate Projects: Plan and manage daily tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and smooth team operations.

- Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and open communication with team members and other departments to promote collaboration and share updates.

- Train New Employees: Onboard and train new team members, helping them understand their roles and integrating them into the team smoothly.
