Key Responsibilities:1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and design job descriptions accordingly.2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.- Utilize multiple platforms to find potential candidates and build a diverse talent pool for recruitment.3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.- Review resumes to match job requirements and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Manage the interview process by scheduling meetings and ensuring clear communication between candidates and interviewers.5. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.- Present job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms such as salary, benefits, and start date.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with hiring managers and candidates.- Strong people management skills to build relationships and collaborate with team members.- Proficiency in Excel to maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics accurately.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced recruiting environment.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
