Team Leader (Freshers) Kolkata

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at our Mangoe Lane location. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting team members to achieve their goals and improve performance. This position is full-time and requires you to work from the office. We welcome freshers who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.

- Monitor Performance: Regularly assess team performance and provide feedback to help improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Facilitate Communication: Encourage open communication among team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs of team members and help them acquire the skills necessary to excel.
