job summary:

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing executive to join our real estate team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting property listings to maximize sales and brand visibility.

key responsibilities:

* develop and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects (online & offline).

* generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, tele-calling, and field visits.

* conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

* create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and property videos.

* coordinate site visits with prospective clients and provide accurate property details.

* maintain and update customer databases and follow up on inquiries regularly.

* participate in promotional events, property expos, and open house events.

* work closely with the sales team to convert leads into closures.

required skills & qualifications:

mba in marketing, business, or a related field.

minimum 1 year of experience in real estate marketing or a similar domain.

excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

proficiency in ms office and basic crm tools।
