The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales through effective marketing strategies and excellent customer servicesKey Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, walk-ins, references, and outbound calls.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to prospective clients.Maintain a strong database of potential and existing clients.Organize site visits and property tours for potential buyers.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, advertisements, and events.Attend property expos and client meetings as required.Prepare and present proposals and closing deals effectively.Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel locally

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting property listings to maximize sales and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects (online & offline).* Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, tele-calling, and field visits.* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.* Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and property videos.* Coordinate site visits with prospective clients and provide accurate property details.* Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on inquiries regularly.* Participate in promotional events, property expos, and open house events.* Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into closures.Required Skills & Qualifications:MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate marketing or a similar domain.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in real estate portalsKnowledge of local property laws and RERA guidelines
