2. Compilation and regular updation of an associate activity report to ensure productivity
3. Enforcing new and updated methods to ensure data security and integrity of the process
4. Setting up standardized Key role objectives and parameters for performance to be mapped
5. Acted as the employee relations mediator in the absence of the performance management leader program, to help resolve team member grievances and also help retain talent.
6. Sending of recommendations to Manager for top talent to be promoted.
7. Doing sampling on cases.
