Job Description:

€¢ Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss about the products and advice.

€¢ Deliver approved policies to clients

€¢ To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan.

€¢ Convinced them to deposit EMI on time.

€¢ Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure.

€¢ Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience

€¢ Retaining the existing customers

€¢ Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.

€¢ Ensuring that the call, leads and quality targets are met.

€¢ Office Timings 9 am to 7 pm. rotational offs
