We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in a call center environment and should be comfortable working full time from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services. You must communicate clearly and persuasively to engage clients.- **Handle Inbound Calls:** Answer calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide assistance where needed to ensure a positive customer experience.- **Maintain Customer Database:** Accurately enter customer information and update records after each call to keep our databases current and reliable.- **Follow Up on Leads:** Reach out to leads generated by marketing efforts to nurture and convert them into sales, ensuring timely follow-up for maximum impact.- **Provide Feedback:** Share insights gained from customer interactions with the team to improve services and strategies continually.- **Achieve Targets:** Work towards achieving individual and team targets for call quality and sales, meeting the expectations set by management.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to speak clearly and confidently. A strong ability to listen and understand customer needs is essential. Previous experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous. Candidates must be adaptable, with a positive attitude towards challenges. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.

Job Description: Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss about the products and advice. Deliver approved policies to clients To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan. Convinced them to deposit EMI on time. Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure. Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience Retaining the existing customers Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.
