Job Description: Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss about the products and advice. Deliver approved policies to clients To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan. Convinced them to deposit EMI on time. Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure. Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience Retaining the existing customers Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.
