role & responsibilities:

* source viable candidates using different job board and search engines such as naukri, & linkedin.

* direct sourcing and research by cold calling, networking, name generation, database mining, follow-up on referrals and sourcing of candidates region-wide, spanning multiple skill bases

* partner with recruiting team manager, recruiting team lead and recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process

* conduct initial phone screening of candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications in respect to open and future requirements

* fosters long-term relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders, and msp team, and maintains on-going relationships by providing solutions for all questions and problems preferred candidate profile:

* very good communication skills

* self motivated and highly energetic

* mba/pg in hr or related field
