Position Specification: Corporate Title: Talent Acquisition Associate Experience: 0 - 1 year

Job Location: HSR Layout Sector 4, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities:

* Source viable candidates using different job board and search engines such as Naukri, & LinkedIn.

* Direct sourcing and research by cold calling, networking, name generation, database mining, follow-up on referrals and sourcing of candidates region-wide, spanning multiple skill bases

* Partner with Recruiting Team Manager, Recruiting Team Lead and recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process

* Conduct initial phone screening of candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications in respect to open and future requirements

* Fosters long-term relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders, and MSP team, and maintains on-going relationships by providing solutions for all questions and problems Preferred candidate profile:

* Very good communication skills

* Self Motivated and highly energetic

* MBA/PG in HR or related field
