• Research on job trends in the market.
• Analyse the demand and supply of industry.
• Work on the gaps present with our existing talent pool and the market standards.
• Provide career services to the students of all the Lighthouses.
• Help them to create, resumes and cover letters, and apply for the jobs in their field.
• Organise the mock interviews with students.
• Maintain strong relationships with local employers while building the PCC brand.
• Understand the dynamics of local-economic jobs in the development sector.
• Coordinate with various Placement Youth Coordinators of all Lighthouses and the Placement
Manager for ensuring 70% hiring rate at the Centre.
• Run the Alumni Program and track impact post the Skilling/Placement stage.
• Complying with systems, processes, documentation, data management and any other
requirements as laid down for the Lighthouse Project.
• Attending hiring events like job fairs/exhibitions to get exposure to potential jobs and help
candidates to find suitable local companies.
• Any other responsibility that might need to be undertaken.
