Store Sales Executive || Freshers & Experienced

we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused store sales executive to join our retail team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, handling billing, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience in-store.

key responsibilities:

greet customers and assist them in finding products

provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions

replenish stock on shelves and maintain product displays

handle billing and payments at the cash counter

keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

support stock-taking, inward/outward inventory, and tagging

report customer feedback or complaints to the store supervisor

meet daily or weekly sales targets as assigned

follow all store operating procedures and safety guidelines

requirements:

minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred

prior experience in retail or fmcg sales is a plus

basic communication skills (hindi/english/bengali)

willingness to stand for long hours and work shifts

polite, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

basic knowledge of billing systems or pos machines (optional)
