We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, handling billing, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience in-store.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in finding productsProvide information about product features, pricing, and promotionsReplenish stock on shelves and maintain product displaysHandle billing and payments at the cash counterKeep the store clean, organized, and well-stockedSupport stock-taking, inward/outward inventory, and taggingReport customer feedback or complaints to the store supervisorMeet daily or weekly sales targets as assignedFollow all store operating procedures and safety guidelinesRequirements:Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; Graduate preferredPrior experience in retail or FMCG sales is a plusBasic communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali)Willingness to stand for long hours and work shiftsPolite, energetic, and team-oriented attitudeBasic knowledge of billing systems or POS machines (optional)What We Offer:Competitive salaryOn-the-job training providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyPF, ESI, and Annual Bonus
