Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience, manage staff, maintain inventory, and achieve sales and service targets.

Oversee overall store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness

Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting

Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment

Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards

Track and improve store performance €“ sales, customer feedback, and team productivity

Coordinate with HO/management for reporting and updates

Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
