**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- **Order Processing:** Handle purchase orders for spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate ordering from suppliers.
- **Supplier Coordination:** Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm deliveries, and address any discrepancies or issues with orders.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to spare parts, including order receipts and invoicing details.
- **Quality Control:** Check the quality and specifications of incoming spare parts to ensure they meet company standards before they are stored or distributed.
