coordinate with the clients for all requirements and gather all the information needed to source trainers and arrange the technical evaluation call with the client and trainers.
• ability to understand the training requirement (basic knowledge of leading technologies and their deployment)
• ability and exposure to source trainer profiles by using both internal and external sources of data.
• sourcing suitable profiles for technical and non-technical training requirements from the clients.
• working experience on enterprise training requirements will be an added advantage.
• ability and exposure to communicating with client and trainer professionally.
• commercial/payment discussion with trainers/clients.
• negotiating with the trainer & raising/releasing the purchase order.
• handling the client / internal escalations.
• interaction and coordination with internal respective stakeholders on deliverables.
• maintaining the trainers database.
• able to think of multiple solutions for a given requirement.
