Coordinate with the clients for all requirements and gather all the information needed to source trainers and arrange the technical evaluation call with the client and trainers. Ability to understand the training requirement (basic knowledge of leading technologies and their deployment) Ability and exposure to source trainer profiles by using both internal and external sources of data. Sourcing suitable profiles for technical and non-technical training requirements from the clients. Working experience on enterprise training requirements will be an added advantage. Ability and exposure to communicating with client and trainer professionally. Commercial/Payment discussion with Trainers/Clients. Negotiating with the Trainer & Raising/Releasing the Purchase Order. Handling the client / Internal escalations. Interaction and coordination with internal respective stakeholders on deliverables. Maintaining the Trainers Database. Able to think of multiple solutions for a given requirement.
