Project Site Supervisor - We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Site Supervisor to oversee on-site project activities and ensure smooth execution according to approved plans, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce activities.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor material usage, site progress, and work schedules.

Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to management.

Identify and resolve routine site-related issues to avoid delays in project completion.

Candidate must have-

Prior experience in site supervision or project execution.

Basic knowledge of civil works, interior works, or installation projects.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage on-site teams and ensure timely project completion.

Basic documentation and reporting skills.
