key responsibilities:

drive sales of smartphones, mobile accessories, and electronic products.

explain features, benefits, and promotional schemes to customers.

engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.

achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

maintain product displays, stock management, and store cleanliness.

handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.

stay updated with the latest mobile phones, gadgets, and industry trends.

assist in promotional campaigns and sales activities.

key skills & requirements:

mandatory experience in smartphone or electronics retail sector.

strong knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and promotional schemes.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

basic computer knowledge (billing systems, pos).
