engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.

achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

maintain product displays, stock management, and store cleanliness.

handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.

stay updated with the latest mobile phones, gadgets, and industry trends.

assist in promotional campaigns and sales activities.

mandatory experience in smartphone or electronics retail sector.

strong knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and promotional schemes.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
