*Key Responsibilities*

*Lead Generation & Sales* : Identify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

*Customer Relationship Management* : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

*Technical Consultation* : Conduct site visits, assess power needs, and offer technical solutions (product selection).

*Target Achievement* : Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales volume and revenue targets set by management.

*Deal Negotiation* : Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close sales, ensuring positive gross margins.

*Market Analysis* : Keep up-to-date with competitor activities and industry trends, generating regular reports.

*Coordination* : Collaborate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

*Required Qualifications & Skills*

*Experience* : 1-5 years of experience or more in sales, preferably within the DG Set, electrical, or industrial product industry.
