Job Description

we are seeking a skilled field service technician to join our team.

role & responsibilities:

install, repair, troubleshoot, and support vehicle tracking systems (vts) and other electronic devices.

provide customer training and technical support.

perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.

qualifications:

iti in electronics/mechanical/fitter or

diploma in electronics/mechanical

experience:

minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a field service technician in the electronics, electrical, or telecom industry.

location: kochi, kerala (resident engineer)

mandatory requirements:

two-wheeler with a valid driving license

android smartphone

travel: across kerala and occasionally to chennai/ goa/ mangalore/ coimbatore/ or other locations as required.
