role responsibilities
•driving achievement of primary and secondary volume and value targets by month, qtr & year
•distributor & distribution management (clarity with the concept of roi).
•accountable for conducting gate meetings, reiterating targets among the dvsm, explaining schemes and prioritizing the focused brand/ sku for the day
•ensuring execution and delivery of process kpi eg. bills cut, mandays, line-sold, msl, eco-30, dispersion, etc.
•kpc drive, perfect and right store agendas-ensuring visibility through pobs.
•ensuring 100% billing at kpcs & sdls and increasing the dispersion rate.
•people & capability: regular coaching and ojt to field force on steps of a call, disha-mobility usage to improve sales capabilities and achieving executional excellence
