Senior Quality Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to enhance our quality assurance processes. This role is based in Solapur, India, and requires a proactive approach to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Quality Assurance Planning**: Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure that products meet specified standards and requirements.

- **Testing and Evaluation**: Conduct comprehensive testing, including system audits and process evaluations, to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the product lifecycle.

- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain precise documentation of testing procedures, results, and compliance standards, and prepare detailed reports for management review.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a graduate degree and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. A working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma or ISO standards is essential. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
