Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex insurance projects built on an intelligent automation platform.

The ideal candidate must have:

ï‚·Extensive experience in Life, Motor, Non-Motor, Legal, Geyser & Procurement Management insurance projects

ï‚·Proven experience managing fixed-bid engagements

ï‚·Experience handling customers in Southeast Asia

This role requires strong communication skills, deep expertise in insurance claims, and financial/project governance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

ï‚·Lead and manage multiple insurance projects.

ï‚·Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

ï‚·Follow best practices in project governance and delivery frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

ï‚·Engage with customers across Southeast Asia.

ï‚·Ensure smooth collaboration and expectation management.

ï‚·Provide regular status updates and handle customer escalations.

Scope & Change Management

ï‚·Define and manage project scope.

ï‚·Control scope creep in fixed-bid engagements.

ï‚·Track and manage change requests effectively.

Financial Control & Profitability

ï‚·Manage project budgets, costs, and margins.

ï‚·Ensure financial health and profitability of engagements.

ï‚·Perform financial tracking and budget control.

Risk & Issue Management

ï‚·Identify risks proactively.

ï‚·Develop mitigation strategies.

ï‚·Handle escalations and critical project issues.

Team Leadership

ï‚·Coordinate cross-functional teams.

ï‚·Mentor team members.

ï‚·Ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

Process & Methodology

ï‚·8+ years of project management experience in Insurance domain, specifically in:

oLife Insurance

oMotor Insurance

oLegal Insurance Claims

ï‚·Experience managing customers in Southeast Asia.

ï‚·Strong technical background €“ ability to collaborate effectively with:

ï‚·Proven experience managing fixed-bid projects:

ï‚·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

ï‚·Experience with workflow / BPM systems and business rules engines.

ï‚·Exposure to policy administration systems (., Life Asia, Ingenium) €“ plus.
