Senior Production Engineer

€¢The Role involves Management of the Team towards minimising the breakdown of Integra machines

€¢To monitor and Improve the Service, Maintenance and repair of Integra machines and other equipment related to Plant and machinery of the workshop.

€¢Train and develop the Team under to manage challenges.

€¢Workshop & Site safety and best practices (5 S implementation in maintenance area)

Areas of responsibility

€¢Management of Maintenance team for achieving zero break down of Integra -critical machines

€¢Preventive and predictive maintenance of machines related to Integra &long term On-site Projects

€¢Service and repair of Integra &Customer machines

€¢Liaison with vendors and suppliers for quotes, and related items for Integra.

€¢Liaison with OEM & WA Group for machine spares and quotes.

€¢Training of Welders and Supervisors for On-site and In-house

€¢Continuous training for welders on Upgraded machines and its usage

€¢Budgeting and planning for Maintenance, & Cost reduction of spares by indegenizing

€¢Maintaining critical spares & long lead items as Minimum Stock Level inventory (MSL)

€¢Required to work in different Project sites as and when required WITHIN SHORT NOTICE.€¢

Decision making authority

€¢Authority to make decisions inside own area of responsibility

€¢Management/Liaison with Integra Personnel.

€¢Management/Liaison with Subcontractors, Customers and Vendors
