Job Description

- design, develop, and maintain comprehensive management information system (mis) reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management and other departments.

- collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

- streamline and automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.

- work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored mis solutions that support business objectives.

- monitor and maintain the performance of mis systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving any issues promptly.

- provide training and support to end-users on mis systems and data management tools, ensuring effective utilization across the organization.

- generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management to support specific business initiatives or address immediate data needs.

- ensure the integrity and security of data within mis systems, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
