Job profile: HR Manager - Female

Exp: 5+ yrs || Location: Gurgaon

Salary: up to 10 LPA

Working days: 6 (One Sat. OFF)

~ Preferred if exp. in beauty / cosmetics industry

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys HR department. The manager will be responsible for handling employee-related issues, overseeing recruitment and retention, and implementing company policies and procedures. Additionally, the HR Manager will provide guidance and support to employees and will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required skills:

- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures

- Experience in recruitment and retention

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a team

- Experience in D2C company & beauty industry is a plus

- Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations
