- Develop initiatives to motivate and engage existing employees, promoting a professional working atmosphere.

Brand Ambassadorship:

- Represent Delta Yards as a brand ambassador to both internal and external audiences.

- Communicate and uphold the organization's values and culture in a positive and consistent manner.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.

Talent Management:

- Coach high-potential employees, Mentor, reward and promote employees.

HRIS Management:

- Overseeing the daily operation of HR Information Systems and processing employee data like leaves, wages and working hours.

Payroll Management:

- Overseeing and directing payroll procedures, coordinate timekeeping systems, oversee payroll changes, system upgrades, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
