Job responsibilities

Identify and screen the best of the available talents globally at the shortest possible time with focus on quality.

Maintain and develop the pipeline of qualified candidates for future open positions.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and increase the number of qualified applicants in the database for active and passive talent.

Qualify candidates based on introductory calls via phone and emails and make them undergo Outdefine proprietary online assessment.

Relevant Experience -

Bachelor's degree (CS/IT)

Must have proven skills in Software Developers recruitment with 3 years of experience.

Experience in block chain/ web 3 hiring (preferred).

Solid understanding of skills for recruitment of software engineers like frontend, backend, full-stack, python, JS, mobile (android/iOS), data science.

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, CRM like Hubspot, ATS and core IT job portals.

Demonstrated ability to meet targets, effective communication skills.

High-energy, passion and a team player.

Experience having worked with international candidates.
