• maintain and develop the pipeline of qualified candidates for future open positions.

• qualify candidates based on introductory calls via phone and emails and make them undergo outdefine proprietary online assessment.
relevant experience -
• bachelor's degree (cs/it)
• must have proven skills in software developers recruitment with 3 years of experience.
• experience in block chain/ web 3 hiring (preferred).
• solid understanding of skills for recruitment of software engineers like frontend, backend, full-stack, python, js, mobile (android/ios), data science.
• experience working with microsoft office suite, crm like hubspot, ats and core it job portals.
• demonstrated ability to meet targets, effective communication skills.
• high-energy, passion and a team player.
• experience having worked with international candidates.
