Qualify candidates based on introductory calls via phone and emails and make them undergo Outdefine proprietary online assessment.Relevant Experience - Bachelor's degree (CS/IT) Must have proven skills in Software Developers recruitment with 3 years of experience. Experience in block chain/ web 3 hiring (preferred). Solid understanding of skills for recruitment of software engineers like frontend, backend, full-stack, python, JS, mobile (android/iOS), data science. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, CRM like Hubspot, ATS and core IT job portals. Demonstrated ability to meet targets, effective communication skills. High-energy, passion and a team player. Experience having worked with international candidates.
