Senior Human Resource Executive - Full Time

Job Description for HR Role:

ï‚· Maintaining HR data.

ï‚· Joining and Exist formalities.

ï‚· Review termination requests, ensure timely processing and filing in accordance with company

policy.

ï‚· Create and update forms and templates.

ï‚· Compile, copy, and transmit HR documents.

ï‚· Conduct monthly HR audit of payroll information with business units.

ï‚· Gather/prepare requested information for internal audit.

ï‚· Prepare and mail HR documents/communications.

ï‚· Regular correspondence with HMRC.

ï‚· Regular update of HR tracker.

ï‚· Weekly/Monthly Payroll data collection and processing.

ï‚· Assist employees with general HR inquires and other questions

ï‚· Weekly/Monthly reporting HR Activities to UK Management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

ï‚· Ability to work in a fast pace and ever changing environment.

ï‚· Meticulous attention to detail especially when juggling workloads.

ï‚· Very good written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels.

ï‚· Be fully computer literate, Microsoft Office with a solid knowledge of Excel.

ï‚· Be competent and efficient at keeping databases updated.

ï‚· A team player, efficient & reliable who can be responsible for their own work load and keen to

develop.
