Looking For Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dhekiajuli, Sonitpur. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of relevant experience and a strong background in accounting practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- **Budget Management**: Collaborate with management to create and monitor budgets, providing insights on financial performance.

- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

- **Audits**: Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing findings.

- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required skills and expectations:

Candidates must have a graduate degree in accounting or a related field. A thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential. Strong analytical skills are important for evaluating financial data and supporting decision-making. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary for conveying financial information clearly to stakeholders.
