job summary:
we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic sales executive to join our team for field sales
activities. the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients/customers,
promoting products/services, and closing sales deals. this role requires regular travel within the
assigned territory.
key responsibilities:
�� identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
�� visit clients/customers in the field to present products or services.
�� conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations.
�� meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
�� maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
�� collect feedback and report market trends to the sales manager.
�� prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity logs.
�� follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
�� ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
requirements:
�� proven experience in field sales or similar role (preferred).
�� excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
�� self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
�� good negotiation and persuasion skills.
�� must have a valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
�� minimum education: high school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is an
advantage.
