Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team for field sales
activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients/customers,
promoting products/services, and closing sales deals. This role requires regular travel within the
assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit clients/customers in the field to present products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collect feedback and report market trends to the sales manager.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity logs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
- Minimum education: High school diploma; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an
advantage.
Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills.
