1. Should have a Laptop
2. Cold Calling/Email, Chat.
3. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
4. Answering questions about products or the company.
5. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
6. To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
7. To categorize the prospective leads and pitch sales with them.
8. To Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Postgraduate.
2. Excellent communication in English & Hindi & Kannada Strong Written and Verbal Skills.
3. Candidates having experience in International Voice & Non-Voice Process will be preferred.
4. Minimum 1year Experience in Digital Marketing /Sales Will be Preferred
5. Soft Skills, Email, Chat, Customer Handling.
6. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Knowledge About Google Sheets and Excel Maintainance.
