key responsibilities
🔹 lead management & conversion �� identify, qualify, and manage leads from exhibitions, portals (indiamart, allinfo, embassies), and direct contacts. nurture prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into long-term clients.
🔹 team supervision & coordination �� guide and mentor the sales team, allocate leads by geography/product, and set & monitor kpis.
🔹 market & customer intelligence �� research new markets, competitors, and customer requirements to improve offerings and discover growth opportunities.
🔹 crm & sales tools �� maintain accurate data in zoho bigin, track communication, quotations, samples, and analyze sales data to boost productivity.
🔹 proposal & negotiation �� prepare commercial offers, coordinate with internal teams, and support in closing high-value deals.
🔹 customer relationship management �� build strong relationships with key accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication.
🔹 sales reporting �� generate weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion and sales performance, providing insights to senior management.
🔹 trade shows & events �� plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and b2b events, ensuring strong lead generation and post-event follow-ups.
🔹 product & market expansion �� identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities and recommend new markets/products for business growth.
what we re looking for
��️ proven experience in international & domestic sales
��️ strong team handling & leadership skills
��️ hands-on experience with crm systems (zoho preferred)
��️ ability to travel for exhibitions, client meetings, and trade shows
