Freshers For Sales Executive - Bathinda

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Staff to join our team in Bathinda. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience. As a member of our sales team, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: You will greet and assist customers, helping them find products they need and answer their queries to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Sales Target Achievement: You will be expected to meet daily and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products, demonstrating your ability to close sales.

- Product Knowledge: You need to develop a deep understanding of the products we offer to explain their features and benefits to customers effectively.

- Inventory Management: You will assist in keeping track of stock levels and may help in restocking shelves, ensuring that products are readily available for customers.

- Feedback Collection: By listening to customers’ feedback, you will help us improve our services and products, contributing to a better overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and conveying product information clearly. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are crucial in this role. Basic computer skills are also beneficial for processing sales and managing inventory. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment and capable of motivating themselves to achieve sales goals. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
